Dr. Shailendra Tripathi
Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Shailendra Tripathi is a business leader and corporate governance professional with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As the Founder & Managing Partner of Growth Magnet Advisory and a Director on Board in the healthcare sector, he brings deep expertise in building brands, strengthening marketing systems, and guiding organisations towards sustainable growth.
He has worked with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical organisations, including Dr. Reddy’s, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Novartis, where he led Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Portfolio Development, and Capability Building. His experience spans specialty, chronic, acute, and consumer health segments, giving him a comprehensive and practical understanding of business, brand, and commercial strategy.
Dr. Tripathi is also a respected academic and thought leader. He is the author of two industry-relevant books and has published multiple research papers in national and international journals on mentoring, marketing capability development, and digital transformation. As a visiting faculty, speaker, and panelist, he actively contributes to developing the next generation of marketers and business leaders.
An IICA-qualified Independent Director and an ICF-CCE Certified Coach, he brings strong governance and people-development capabilities to his leadership roles. Through Growth Magnet Advisory, he now helps emerging and established pharmaceutical, health and wellness businesses scale efficiently through structured marketing, strategic consulting, and capability building.
